1. Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes. Our standard warranties for Scooters are 6 months parts and 1-year engine. Our standard warranty for our ATVs are 3 months parts and 1-year engine.


2. Where are your ATVs made?

Like so many large ATV companies, our product is also manufactured in China. Each ATV is carefully crafted to our specifications.


3. Are your ATVs built for two riders?

We recommend that only one rider ride any of our ATVs.


4. Are these units easy to find replacement parts for?

Yes. Most parts are stocked in our parts warehouse or we have the manufacturer send the part directly to you.


5. Why are your units so much less than Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha?

We simply do not have the high overhead that these larger companies have had for so long. Our motto is very simple... buy right and sell low. We sell directly to you, the consumer. It's a process that has worked for 5 years since we started.


6. How do you accept payment?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Cards, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Money Orders & Cashiers Checks. We take most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card & American Express. We also are in the process to accept Check-By-Phone.


7. How long does it take to receive my ATV, Motorcycle or Dirt Bike?

Once you order you can expect your ATV to arrive within 14 - 21 days. Only if there is high demand or shipping delays occur you can expect a little longer time.


8. Is there assembly for my ATV, Motorcycle or Dirt Bike?

Yes, there is minor assembly to most of our units including bolting the wheels on, adjusting the handlebars and bolting the shocks to the upper body of the unit. Estimated time to assemble is from 25 minutes to 1 hour.


9. Where is my shipment delivered?

Your unit will be delivered to your home or shipping terminal, which ever you decide.


10. How do I schedule and make sure I'm home for delivery of my ATV?

The shipping company will call you 24 - 48 hours before they deliver to your home. You may visit with the shipping carrier to work on a particular schedule. If your shipping your ATV to a Terminal you will be contacted that your unit has arrived. You then have 3 - 5 business days to pick the ATV up.


11. How long does it take to receive parts once ordered?

For parts that are in stock we try to ship out within 1 week. For parts that are not in stock and are considered back order it can take up to 4 - 6 weeks.


12. What kind of oil do I use in my ATV?

Use 10W-30 or 5W-30 (4-stroke oil) in your ATVs. Do not use ANY TYPE of synthetic blends because our atvs run off a wet clutch, with the exception of our adult 150 ATVs (Belt Driven).
