1. Where are you located?
Our corporate headquarters are located center of the US in Oklahoma City, OK. We have a retail outlet and warehouse next to each other and welcome anyone one in our area to stop by and say hello and see what we have in stock.
2. Where are your scooters made?
Our scooters are made in China. We've been dealing with China now for 5 years and continue to work with the manufacturers to provide the best quality available in what we call the Motor Sport Vehicle business.

4. How fast do your scooters go?
Our scooters miles per hour are typically based on the size of the motor, how heavy the unit is and the weight of the driver and passenger. Our faster models are the Venice 150, Vintage 150, GS-R 150, Milan 150, Interceptor 150, & Duke 150. Our Duke 250 is the fasteest and has a bigger capacity for 2 riders.
5. Do you premix gas and oil for these scooters?
Our scooters all come with a 4-stroke engine and DOES NOT require any mixing. Basically, gas and go!
6. Do you have parts for your scooters?
Yes. We carry most parts in stock at all times. At times we require customer to send the needed part so we can match and send exact replacement.
7. How do our Scooters match up to the big guys like the Yamaha Scooter, the Honda Scooter, Vespa Scooter and the Schwin Scooter?
Our scooters are driven by us and we test every style we sell. We are more confident than ever before about the quality of our scooters because we have seen the progression of manufacturing detail.
8. Why are you so much less than Yamaha Scooter, the Honda Scooter, Vespa and the Schwin Scooter?
We are less expensive than these companies due to the high overhead they have and the way in which we market. We go direct to the consumer so there is NO middlemen in between.
9. Do you accept trade-ins?
No.
10. Do you sell used Scooters?
No.
11. How do you handle warranties?
Our warranties for our Scooters are 6 months (180 days) parts and 1 year (365 days) engine warranty. We handle warranty claims by having our customers fill out a simple parts request form located on our home page. Once we receive request we update you with the timeline and pull part. Once part is shipped we then confirm that you have received by you filling out a completion form and if you were satisfied with our fulfillment.
12. Who handles labor?
We do not handle labor. We recommend a small engine mechanic in your area for most repairs. We have techs on staff that will assist you and the mechanic (if you prefer) with all parts and diagnosis.
13. Do the scooters come with a title?
Yes. Once you receive your unit you will then obtain title by clicking on home page and submitting title. We do this to ensure that the rightful owner is in possession of the scooter or motorcycle. Titles usually are mailed within 48 hours.
14. Are these scooters registered in my state?
Our scooters are now registerable in all states, including California. Be sure that the specifications read C.A.R.B. Approved for being able to register in the state of California.
15. What are the age limits of scooter riding?
You will need to visit your Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for and age specified riding. Every state is different.
16. Should I wear a helmet?
We highly recommend wearing protective gear when riding any scooter, motorcycle or ATV. Click here to see our DOT approved helmets... http://motorxtremes.com/helmets/index.html . Whether you purchase ours or a competitors please wear a helmet for your safety.
17. Do I need insurance?
You will need insurance and we suggest Gieco as a recommended agent that most of our customers use.
18. What's the average cost of insurance?
We have found that the average falls between $89.00 to $200.00 per 6 months.
19. What kind of gas mileage can I expect with my scooter?
Average mileage is 70 - 90 mpg.
20. How much assembly is required on the scooters?
Assembly is usually placing the wheel on the front, adjusting the handlebars and connecting the battery.
21. About how much time does it take to assemble a scooter?
We recommend putting away about 1.5 hours to assemble our scooters. We recommend getting someone that may be mechanically inclined to help! This really is a great time to get to know your scooter. This will help in the longevity of the unit and believe it or not it's actually fun.
22. What kind of oil do I use on my scooter?
The most common is 10W-40 (4-Stroke Oil). Customer preference is 10W-30 Synthetic (4-Stroke Oil).
