1. How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE to your door. Now it's really not free because we hide it in the cost but the price that you see is the price you pay to your door. You may have to pay a little extra to help cover shipping costs if you live in one of our extended areas.


2. Are there any additional costs?

Only if you live in one of our extended areas.


3. Where do you ship from?

Most of the time it's from our corporate warehouse in Oklahoma City, OK.


4. How long does it take for your scooters to arrive after I place the order?

It's really up to you. There are times when we may experience a backorder on a particular unit but more than likely if you order normal shipping then you can expect your unit in 1 - 3 weeks from the time you order. If you order a "Fast Ship", which ships within 48 hours you can expect it in 1 - 2 weeks time depending on the carrier.


5. Why use a Terminal to ship to?

We recommend "Terminal Shipping" for two distinct reasons... Quickness & Timing. Let us explain. Quickness because with Terminal Shipping a unit can arrive 1 - 5 days quicker than shipping to your door. Timing because you don't have to waste a whole day at your home waiting for the driver to show up and have the unit shipped to a terminal and pick it up within 5 business days at your leisure. In the long run we have found it saves our customers more time and money because they don't have to take off work or waste a vacation day.


6. What is Terminal Shipping?

Terminal Shipping is when we ship you your ATV and instead of shipping it to your door, we ship the unit to a terminal in your area so that you do not have to be present for delivery. By shipping it to the terminal you can also pick the unit up at your leisure between 3 - 5 business days.


7. What is Fast Ship?

Fast Ship is basically an option we give each customer for $99.00 to ship out within 2 business days. We offer this for those of you in a hurry for birthdays, Christmas' or anything you need rushed on.


8. What are your extended shipping areas where the cost is an additional $99.00?

Extended shipping areas includes the following: New York, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho, Utah and any Peninsulas, Capes or Islands.


9. Why do you charge an extended shipping price?

Usually shipping prices are different from state to state. These areas usually take us in the red and we like to make money so we can be around when you need parts years from now.


10. Can you ship to other places?

Sure, we can ship to any location such as businesses.


11. How do I schedule and make sure I'm home for delivery of my ATV?

The shipping company will call you 24 - 48 hours before they deliver to your home. You may visit with the shipping carrier to work on a particular schedule. If your shipping your ATV to a Terminal you will be contacted that your unit has arrived. You then have 3 - 5 business days to pick the ATV up.

Absolutely, we welcome all customers


13. Why ship to a Terminal?

First, there is NO ADDITIONAL COST to shipping to a terminal.
