To prevent overheating due to the lightweight oil included in our units, we require you to change the gear oil and crank case oil upon start-up. This MUST be done for your warranty to be valid.
Buyer's Responsibilities
MotorXtremes offers all of our customers a standard 90-day parts warranty on ATVs and a 180-day parts warranty on scooters and motorcycles. To keep our wholesale level prices extremely low to our customers, we only take parts orders via fax transmittal to 405.949.9956 or via email to parts@motorxtremes.com. Parts staff hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Central standard time, Monday through Friday.
As a customer of MotorXtremes, you are responsible to service your own vehicle. Typically, small engine mechanics or people who have experience working on small engine style machines can service our products. Again, to better serve you and help you find a small engine mechanic use Superpages, type in "small engine repair" and your city and state. This will give you a list of possible mechanics in your area.
As stated on our warranty page, MotorXtremes does not pay for labor to fix any bikes or pay for any person or mechanic to diagnose a problem. If you cannot diagnose the problem on your own, you will then need to find a mechanic that can diagnose your problem and let us know what part(s) are needed.
