I think this a great machine. It takes a little fine tuning but I just got this dialed in last night and I am ready to buy two more. They start up right away, lights work well. Only problems I've had are the fuel line binds, and you need to tighten the bolts up right away. They have very good power at all speeds. I recomend this machine to everyone I talk too. Thanks very much Motorxtremes.

I purchased 2 Trailhammer 125 quads for my children. Dealing with Kevin was a pleasure -- he took the time to answer all of my many questions, to explain numerous concepts and issues and accomodate a very specific delivery plan.

The quads arrived by truck after coordinating with Estes (the delivery company) without issue. They arrived partially disassembled, in a metal frame which is in a cardboard box which is mounted on a palette.

There is no assembly instructions, but 80% of it is basic intuition. Front tires go on with 3 nuts; rear tires go on a splined shaft with washers, but and cotter pin. Handlebars were a little tricky -- basically 2 pieces that fit around the handlebar tubing and mount to the steering column with the ignition switch on a plate all bolted down.

When something was unclear, I called and got through to a helpful person (support is officially available from 10-4, but there are others that would be glad to help if they can).

After having them for about 10 days, I've called for support about 5 times. Each time, Bill was patient and diagnosed or explained the problem and solution. When it was my fault and easily remedied, I was happy to hear it. When a part actually needed to be replaced, Bill beat me to asking for it and said he'd send it right out.

My bikes (collectively) needed a new battery, ignition switch, and coil that Motorxtremes has shipped out at no cost to me and with no delay. I had to replace the fuel filters and some fuel line (both broken upon delivery, but literally $5 in parts).

Still have an issue with the rear shock absorber on one bike compressing and expanding extremely slowly. I'm hoping it's just part of the break in. I also have not done any carb tuning whatsoever (mostly out of fear of making things worse). I suspect the engine could run a lot better with some tuning.

Here's the bottom line: If you don't mind using a wrench and thinking hard about what you're doing, then these bikes are for you and Motorxtremes is the place to get them. If you don't have the time or inclination to fiddle, you should probably walk in to a local honda/kawasaki/suzuki/etc. dealer. There's always a good chance any bike will need work -- the difference is the dealer will do it for you.

After months of reading about Chinese quads and anxiously deciding to take the plunge, I am very glad I made the purchase from Motorxtremes. Without support, the process would have been a nightmare, instead of just fine.

I did my research before buying my 8 year old's ATV online. I'm very satisfied with my decistion to buy from Motorxtremes. My ATV arrived on time and the Trailhammer 125 was the correct choice. It has more than enough power to power my son through the desert trails. It struggled at climbing small hills at first, but after adjusting the carb and reducing the air pressure in the tires, it climbed well. The only thing I've done are change the engine oil and a spark plug (less than $10 total). It is easy to assemble and has a decent manual w/ pictures. I highly recommend the Trailhammer 125 and Motorxtremes. The staff at motorxtremes is easy to get a hold of and are willing to help out if you have any questions. Thanks Kevin!
