What do we know?
We've been around the block a while so that means we've seen it all over our 6 years in business. I wish we could say we've been perfect, but we haven't and we're not. However, one thing's for sure, we keep on going and never stop striving to be the best in our market.
Another thing you get to know when you've been in this business for 6 years is that you know what not to sell because we've probably sold it. This goes for both scooters and ATV's. We've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, and that's why WE'VE NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED about our line-up this year. We have NEVER had so much praise, repeat customers, and happy employees (yes, they're very important too... VERY) because the product we're selling is absolutely awesome. Quality is up and customer happiness is up, and it's all because we changed the way we do business.

- We decreased product on our site to reflect what we ourselves would buy for a friend, family member or just ourselves knowing what we know.
- 2nd
- We focused on what we like best in each product. There was product that we liked but had issues with parts so we scraped them.
- 3rd
- We looked at how we can better serve our customers so we hired a real mechanic (actually, he's a retired small engine mechanic that knows his stuff). Yes, rough around the edges but he knows what he's talking about. And Lastly...
- 4th
- We simply decided what we want to be in 1, 5, and 10 years down the road. Yes, we plan on being around that long.
It's never easy and I'm certainly not suggestion we've arrived by any stretch of the imagination, but I will say we do care that our customers get the best quality, service and price without question.
Before you purchase a cheaper than MotorXtremes' Scooter or ATV, think twice because price comes with consequence.
